Filter Paper, Grade 40, 125 mm cone, 1000 pc/PAK

The classic ashless all-purpose filter paper with medium speed and retention. Typical applications are: gravimetric analysis for numerous components in cement, clay, iron and steel products; as primary filter for the separation of solids from aqueous extracts in general soil analysis; quantitative determination of sediments in milk; and as a purely analytical quality cleaning filter for solutions before atomic absorption spectrometry (AA). Also used as a high-purity filter when collecting trace elements and radionuclides from the atmosphere. Grade 40: 8 µm
